It's SO exciting! We are kicking off our second Virtual Silent Auction and Drawing on March 23 at 8a! You will have the opportunity to bid on awesome items, baskets and experiences and purchase your virtual "drawing" tickets for over 20 classroom baskets. Everything will be done online, but CCE students and families will have the opportunity to see the baskets and items at school during Family Fun Night on March 23rd!

How will I know if I'm outbid?
Once you register and place your bid, you will automatically receive updates if you are outbid on an item. You can always check the site during the week to see what the highest bid is.
How will I know if I've won?
Whether you bid on an auction item or enter a "drawing", you will receive an electronic notice to the email on your registration if you are the winner. All "drawings" are done electronically and randomly.
How do I pay for an item I won?
Congratulations! If you win an item, you will receive an electronic invoice. Once you pay your invoice online, you can pick your item up at CCE or the PTO will be in contact about scheduling your experience win.
Where and when do I pick up items?
Paid for items can be picked up at CCE on the following dates and times:
***To Be Annouced***
Where does my money go?
All funds collected will go directly back to CCE! Classrooms will receive 20% of the total collected for their baskets to use for office supplies, end-of-year parties, etc. The PTO is not charged for using Gala Bid.
I'm being asked for an optional fee when paying for my item. What is this?
The PTO is not using any funds collected to pay for the virtual auction site. In order for Gala Bid to offer schools and non-profits around the world, they ask participants for an OPTIONAL fee when making payments. The small fee (about 4%) is not required.
